Pricing

All prices are subject to Maine lodging tax of 9%. Dogs are allowed at a charge of $5.00 per night.

Winter (January – March)

Rates start at $45.00/ person per night for adults and $25.00 for children 15 and under. All cabins, depending on size, have minimums.

Spring (May – Mid June)

Rates start at $45.00 / person per night for adults and $25.00 for children 15 and under. All cabins, depending on size, have minimums.

Summer (Mid June – September)

• Cabin 1: Sleeps 2 ($450/week)
• Cabin 2: Sleeps 4 to 6 ($600/week)
• Cabin 3: Sleeps 3 ($500/week)
• Cabin 4: Sleeps 4 to 6 ($675/week)
• Cabin 5: Sleeps 8 ($900/week) 3 bedroom
• Cabin 6: Sleeps 4 to 6 ($675/week)
• Cabin 7: Sleeps 8 ($800/week)
